Stage 8: Bourg-Saint-Maurice  - Bourg-Saint-Maurice 125 km / 3425 vm
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cormet du Roseland, Col du Joly, Col du Pre

Our closing stage brings us to the foot of the Mont-Blanc. The south-side of the Cormet du Roseland is a spectacular climb. Pieter, Dave, Wout and Manus already climb this one in 2005, they were so enthusiast we had to put the Cormet on the program for all the others.

The Col du Joly will bring us the best (joly) few on the Mont Blanc with clear weather, and the Col du Pre is a unknown but a worthy steep closing climb.

Manus and Mouse have to put special attention to the last decent of our tour: the south side of the Cormet du Roseland back to Bourg. Look how easy it is to put yourself in over the cliffs!!!
